Insights into CPE work
In my opinion, the concept of living longer because of social interations was tremendously interesting. It is amazing how we do not pay attention to the things that matters: not the money, nor the fame or prestige if not friends and family, and it makes sense that those moments we share with them are the ones that makes the difference in our leading us to live longer.
I trully reckon that living a good life is not a sinonym of leaving longer. From my point of view, leaving a good life means doing what you love and fight for what you want. For me it is all about enjoying and not going yellow in doing activities you enjoy. Be yourself, don´t be fake, and try to achieve your ultimate aims so as to live a good life.
I am glad I could share the video with you, not only did it teach us the importance of preserving our relationships with other but also it made me check whether I am actually doing it or not. Throughout these years we have already discussed plenty of topics but happiness related to social interactions is not one of them. I believe people should not forget to extol the virtues of being well-accompanied on difficult moments and even on the happiest ones.

The video seen in class reminded me of a quote that goes like this "Happiness is not doing what you want but wanting what you do" by Jean Paul Sartre. So I would like to add that apart from having good quality relationships, it's essential you enjoy what you do in your life, for instance, work, the place where you live, hobbies, etc.
